Pürland 農曆新年活動條款與細則（T&C）

1. General Information

1.1

Effective Date: January 30, 2026 (00:00:00 Taiwan Time)

Campaign Period: January 30, 2026 (00:00:00 Taiwan Time) to February 21, 2026 (23:59:59 Taiwan Time)

Applicability:

This campaign and all offers are valid only for purchases made on www.purland.com.tw within Taiwan and are applicable to Taiwanese consumers only. International orders are not eligible.

2. Campaign Offers & Eligibility

This campaign features several primary offers:

2.1. MOV Discount

Eligibility:

Applicable to all customers making qualifying purchases within the Campaign Period.

Mechanism:

MOV Discount (Minimum Order Value):
Tier 1: 10% off when you spend NT$30,000 - NT$39,999
Tier 2: 10% off and a free Zone Stand OR Zone Max Stand when you spend NT$40,000 - NT$49,999
Tier 3: 15% off and a free Zone Stand OR Zone Max Stand when you spend NT$50,000 or more.

Usage:

Discounts apply automatically during checkout based on cart value.

Limitations:

Discounts are subject to the minimum order value tiers. Bundles cannot be combined with cart discounts.

2.2 Duo Harmony Bundle

Eligibility:

Open to customers who purchase the designated Duo Harmony Bundle.

Mechanism:

Duo Harmony Bundle must be selected as purchase item rather than simply combining individual Ones in your cart.
This bundle offers a 5% discount on the original combined price of NT$5,960.00, reducing the price to NT$5,660.00.

Usage:

This bundle may be purchased multiple times within the same cart.

Limitations:

This bundle cannot be combined with any Minimum Order Value discounts.

2.3 Travel Guardian Bundle

Eligibility:

Open to customers who purchase the designated Travel Guardian Bundle.

Mechanism:

Travel Guardian Bundle must be selected as purchase item rather than simply combining individual One + Flex in your cart.

This bundle offers a 5% discount on the original combined price of NT$10,980, reducing the price to NT$10,430.

Usage:

This bundle may be purchased multiple times within the same cart.

Limitations:

This bundle cannot be combined with any Minimum Order Value discounts.

2.4 Sanctuary Shield Bundle

Eligibility: Open to customers who purchase the designated Sanctuary Shield Bundle.

Mechanism:

Sanctuary Shield Bundle must be selected as purchase item rather than simply combining individual One + Flex + Zone in your cart.

This bundle offers a 5% discount on the original combined price of NT$19,780, reducing the price to NT$18,790.

Usage:

This bundle may be purchased multiple times within the same cart.

Limitations: This bundle cannot be combined with any Minimum Order Value discounts.

2.5 Loyal Customer Promotions

Eligibility: Available to all members of www.purland.com.tw registered before 30/1/2026.

Mechanism:

Single-use thank you voucher worth NT$500.

Usage: Both offers are sent exclusively via email. The Thank You voucher code must be applied at checkout and is redeemable once per member account. Stand offer functions only via email product link.

Limitations: All vouchers and promotions expire on February 21, 2026 (23:59:59 Taiwan Time)

3. Free Shipping

3.1 During the Campaign Period (January 30, 2026 (00:00:00 Taiwan Time) to February 21, 2026 (23:59:59 Taiwan Time), Pürland (淨域未來有限公司) is pleased to offer free shipping on all orders regardless of value or shipping option selected. Shipping may be delayed beyond normal delivery times during promotional period due to high demand. This free shipping will be automatically applied to your cart at checkout.

4. Voucher, Credit and Discount Stacking Rules

4.1 Customers are allowed to stack any combination of products, discounts, eligible credits and vouchers, with the exception of combining MOV (minimum order value) discounts with products that have received an automatic discount (e.g., Duo Harmony Bundle), including:

Tier 1: 10% off when you spend NT$30,000 - NT$39,999,

Tier 2: 10% off and a free Zone Stand OR Zone Max Stand when you spend NT$40,000 - NT$49,999,

Tier 3: 15% off and a free Zone Stand OR Zone Max Stand when you spend NT$50,000 or more.

5. General Terms & Conditions

5.1 Offer Availability: All promotional products, vouchers, credits, and discounts are available in limited quantities and are offered on a first-come, first-served basis, while supplies last. The campaign may end earlier than stated if all limited quantities are depleted.

5.2 Accuracy of Information: In the event of any discrepancy between information displayed on promotional materials, advertisements, or emails and the actual sales webpage, the details on the sales webpage at the time of purchase shall prevail. Pürland (淨域未來有限公司) reserves the right to correct any errors or omissions without prior notice.

5.3 Modification and Termination Rights: Pürland (淨域未來有限公司) reserves the right to modify, change, suspend, or terminate this campaign, any of its offers, or these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. All changes will be updated on this Terms & Conditions page. It is the customer's responsibility to review the latest terms.

5.4 Non-transferability: All vouchers, credits, and discounts are non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash, and cannot be combined with any other offers unless explicitly stated herein.

5.5 Fraud and Abuse: Pürland (淨域未來有限公司) reserves the right to void or cancel any orders, vouchers, credits, or discounts that are suspected of fraudulent activity, abuse of the campaign terms, or any other unauthorized use. This includes, but is not limited to, using multiple accounts to obtain additional credits or manipulating cart values.

5.6 Governing Law: These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Taiwan, Republic of China. Any disputes arising from or in connection with this campaign shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Taiwan.
